25 to life – Recovery – Eminem – Music Video – HD – HQ – Lyrics Lyrics: Too late for the other side Caught in a chase 25 to life Too late for the other side Caught in a chase 25 to life Yeah Too late I cant keep chasing em Taking my life like that Caught in a change 25 to life I dont think she understands the sacrifices that I made Maybe if this bitch had acted right I wouldve stayed But ive already wasted over half of my life I wouldve laid Down and died for you I no longer cry for you No more pain bitch you Took me for granted took my heart and ran it straight into the planet Into the dirt I can no longer stand it Now my respect I demand it Imma take control of this relationship Command it, and imma be the boss of you now goddamnit And what I mean is that I will no longer let you control me So you better hear me out this much you owe me I gave up my life for you, totally devoted to you while ive stayed Paved for all the way this is how I fucking get repaid Look at how I dress fucking baggy sweats, go to work a mess Always in a rush to get back to you I aint heard you yet Not even once say you apreciate me I deserve respect I’ve done my best to give you nothing less than perfectness And I know that if I end this I’ll no longer have nothing left But you keep treating me like a staircase its time to fucking step And I wont be coming back so dont hold your fucking breath You know what youve done no need to go in depth I told you, youd be sorry if I fucking left Id laugh …

From 1995 Album: “Nine Livez” Nine’s Myspace: www.myspace.com Get Nine’s Music: www.amazon.com & itunes.apple.com Nine is the stage name of Derrick Keyes (born September 19, 1969), an emcee and protégé of DJ Funkmaster Flex from The Bronx, New York. Keyes got his break in late 1993 as a featured guest on Funkmaster Flex and the Ghetto Celebs’ “Six Million Ways to Die”. The verse showcased Nine’s harsh, gravelly flow and the artist signed a deal with the now-defunct Profile Records. He is known for the singles “Whutcha Want?” (1994) and “Any Emcee” (1995). Keyes originally recorded under the moniker 9MM (or Nine Double M) before changing his name to simply Nine. He stated, “I didn’t want to be just be named after the gun (9mm).” His stage name refers to his date of birth (9/19/1969), his shoe size, and his lucky number. Nas recently referred to 9 Double M on the track “Where are They Now?” from his album Hip Hop Is Dead. He is also referred to on the track “Twinz (Deep Cover 98)” from Big Pun’s debut album Capital Punishment, where Fat Joe says “Boogie Down major like Nine” referring to Nine’s and his hometown, the Bronx. Portions of Nine’s “Whutcha Want?” were recently featured in advertisements by US automobile manufacturer Jeep. @amneziablunts He’s not talking about Kim, he’s talking about hip hop itself. He explicitly states it when he says “Fuck you hip hop, I’m leaving you, my life sentence is served…” I could give you a ton of lines from the song telling you about how it’s relating to hip hop, but if you haven’t figured them out in the year and a half the song’s been out, then I doubt you’ll figure it out if I straight up tell you.
@amneziablunts actually, she did because he was rapping about her in his deepest songs

@kleptomc
You do realize that this music is alive an thriving because this shit is independent/underground hip hop..
Let me tell you something, real hip hop has ALWAYS been independent/underground.
And btw, it doesn’t matter what you wear or whatever, its the music you make.
I listen to Australian hip hop now. Real beats with tons of vibe. Reminds me if the old days of Rollin slow with the windows down in the summer and a Newport hanging outta my mouth.
use 240p for real Oldscool
